Xavier Reading Champions
The Xavier Reading Champions is a reading challenge that spans 12 months. It has 4 levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) with their own unique set of Success Criteria in order to achieve that level.
Students are outfitted with a digital passport which allows them to track their reading as well as earn all manner of stamps along the way. Students can earn stamps for things like reading new genres, reading authors of different nationalities and cultures, participating in the Trivia Competition, downloading ebooks or audiobooks - even learning a new magic trick!
In 2020 we had more successful participants than ever before - with 14 students earning an award at the end of the year. Congratulations to all our successful participants:
